Clipboard related keyboard shortcuts not working

MacOS X keyboard shortcuts to cut, copy and paste has been revealed not working during testing phase on solutions for issue #13 and #15. The menu will appear when invoked in an edit_line/edit_box and allow clipboard operations. See https://github.com/Shoes3/shoes3/blob/master/bugs/bug015.rb.

I suspect this is related to the focus problems Shoes has with NSTextFields. (and focus in general)
