so i guess from now separate downloading and joining the video and audio streams is needed. i have been using ffmpeg for merging, but i will try using [github.com/abema/go-mp4](https://github.com/abema/go-mp4) soon.
some time ago most (or all) videos on youtube had at least one stream with both VideoQuality!="" and AudioChannels>0
