Make dashboard more colorful

  • [x] Add up and down arrows next to values in Ticker Data table that are colored either green or red if the value has increased or decreased since t - 1
  • [x] POS/NEUT/NEG sentiment values should be colored appropriately. BUY/SELL signals should be colored appropriately

  • [ ] Add change indicator arrows to blockchain network table.

Modifications need to be made in the backend to calculate whether values increased or decreased, and should be passed as flags to the frontend in the data files.
