Enhancement: Integrated this plugin to have a menu-based team picking via MoveSpec

Hi!

First, thank you for your awesome 5on5 pug plugin.

I recently developed a plugin called MoveSpec for CounterStrikeSharp/CS2, which provides a menu-driven captain picking system (with admin commands to move all players to spectators, set captains, and let captains pick teams via in-game menus). It's designed to make the team selection process fair, transparent, and easy for admins and players.
