suggestion: allow "zero value" moves

in some games, certain moves should be "free" (not counted in total number of moves) Thid would allow/effect visual placement only. especially for people like me who allows want card stacks in a certain order: spades, then hearts, then clubs, and finally diamonds. or similar, certain card game also build up sets/stack for clearing in a certain order.
