[win 7][2.16.0] Running program is not possible, missing api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll

... and then second error: 'Fatal error occured: Error loading Python DLL 'D:\Games\Pysol\python39.dll' Load library: can't find the module'

python39.dll is present in game folder.

Installed from official exe from https://sourceforge.net/projects/pysolfc/files/ on windows 7 with latest updates.

The installer uses Python 3.9, which is not compatible with Windows 7. I am considering offering a version of the installer that uses an older version of Python for older OSs, if there is sufficient demand for it.

Thank you for your reply, so looks like Pysol 2.10.1 works with Windows 7
