pysolfc-2.14.0 and 2.12.0 don't open

I think it has to do with updated Python. Screenshots included.

Windows 7 pro 64bit

I can confirm that this is because of Python 3.9, which is not compatible with Windows 7 or older.

Might it be worth trying to provide a Python 2.7 package for older OSs?
