[TODO] Prepare debian packages of the pysol_cards PyPI module

We need to prepare debian packages of the pysol_cards PyPI module ( https://pypi.org/project/pysol-cards/ ) which is a dependency of both PySol FC and Freecell Solver. This may be helpful: https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/python-policy/ . (I was contacted by the freecell-solver debian package maintainer about that.)

@jnumm: hi! I built the packages on an ubuntu 18.04 virt-manager VM, and then tested them. They seem to work well. Only had to change "debhelper-compat" to 11. Good job! Thanks!

Note that @jnumm submitted an ITP debian bug for it here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=953574 . Should there be a link to the salsa git repository there?
