Missing and unselectable table background files

Looking through code from MacOS found instances when executing pysol.py where items listed under "Select table Background"->"All Backgrounds" did not cause a change to preview when selected. Further digging discovered that those files are not necessarily located directly under "tiles" folder but in a subdirectory Backgrounds that are referenced but cannot be selected:

• "Castle"
• "Sunset"

Also found other files that were at one time listed but do not get shown now or have not been incorporated into MacOSX setup:

• "save-aspect/Paradise_Wide.jpg"
• "stretch/ [all jpg]" - 6 total and include two unselectable items shown above

Suspect items are not "copied over" when creating app from source.
