Joining meeting timeout (help ASAP please)

Hello. If you can please answer this as soon as possible I would really appreciate it. After a user clicks "join meeting", it gives this message: "Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again". I don't understand why it's doing this because my network is pretty good and I have no problems with my connectivity. Do you have a suggestion as to why this is happening? Do you have a possilbe fix for this solution? Thank you.
