Feature Request: Ability to whitelist/blacklist certain domains

For example, if a domain such as "panamacanaldiaries.com" trips the filter, I would like to whitelist it. Also, if there was a site that didn't trip the filter (eg. "prepagosmedellin.com") and I would like to add it.
