Any reason for having this? I'd need this to be 15.

i've no reason - normally i was advised to target from jellybean to current.(source:udacity courses) btw, we could make it compatible for ICS and even back,the thing is i have to verify,test API < 16. however i'll consider this and get to you back soon.you can expect in forecoming changes and updates.if you're interested please,test and contribute back.
