Default tags, Default tags by category

It'd be nice to give uploads default tags such that pieces that don't have an artist or some other arbitrary category tagged would auto-receive one. If nothing else, having tags that are defaulted (even tagme, which seems to show but needs to actually be typed) could be of use.
