Smoke Test

This should open chrome, then connect to it, and open shishnet.org in the new browser

$ /Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --remote-debugging-port=9222 --user-data-dir=~/.chrome-test
$ python devtools-py/devtools.py
