Decide what we want to do with ens_build.py and ensemble library

There are a bunch of functions in ens_build which look at the energies of non-native and native poses, classified based on a native contact fraction cutoff. Is this something we want to update and include in the first release / paper, or more relevant for future comparison with pyrosetta energies?
