All items count as rare and get loot beams.

Had all my mods enabled for this first shot to use Create's config editor to show the setting. But I had all other mods off for this one.

Same issue, using lootbeams-1.19.2-1.0.jar and Forge 43.2.4 I also have items in the whitelist that work when All Items, Rare Only, and Equipment Only are all set to false.
