okay this task might be more sisyphean upon looking at all of the actual notices shown. I'm half tempted to disable that test since it's not really that useful if we're just going to ignore the hundreds of issues

i added that notice and we should just swap it to a silent log because it doesnt matter and we will never have EVERYTHING covered for it rn..
