face masks in loadout + species mask touchups

About The Pull Request

adds a new loadout item, the face mask. original sprite credit to @Imaginos16, i've simply repaletted his work and adapted it to be form fitting with a few species. also adjusts some of my previously added species mask sprites i wasn't 100% happy with species masks1 ^ variants for sarathi, elzuosa, and kepori
