Reproduction:

I'm not sure, but I can relay the issues and such-an-such

1. IPC was open repair surgery, and had been repaired prior.
2. Used AI shell to repair limbs and chest, before chest stopped working properly.
3. Attempted troubleshooting, including an Aheal, did not work.
4. I do not suspect it is an interaction caused by #4343 but there is a chance.
5. There was not anything super visible surface level from the admin I spoke to about this issue.

I couldnt get this to happen locally without the PR applied, did not try it with the PR and the shell. Was the IPC fully integrity repaired before or just regular repaired?

it only had been surgically repaired but had integrity damage
