Various Inteq Sprite Fixes

About The Pull Request

Fixes various oversights in the Inteq.dm file.

Namely:

• Corrected an armor value left on the Inteq skirtleneck.
• Fixed Inteq hardsuit digitigrade variant not working.
• Fixed a spelling error in the pointman hardsuit description.
• Fixed my own mistake in the Inteq nitrile gloves description.
• Gave Elzuose and Sarathi their Inteq balaclavas back.
• Gave Vox their ballistic goggles and pointman hardsuits back.

Why It's Good For The Game
