[BUG]Core mining drill can be turned off from SecureEye

Reproduction:

Start any mining drill, then view it from a camera console. I did it with body cameras, but I'm not sure if it works with regular ones. Alt click the drill as if you were standing next to it to activate the emergency stop The drill is now stopped.
