Deathsquad ERT and Subshuttle

About The Pull Request

Actually trying to finish this. Trying to remake the deathsquad ert so it's not just commandos. Reflavors all deathsquad gear, adds a subshuttle, and unaffiliates them from Nanotrasen.

• [ ] Write the basic, elite, and solo deathsquad ert templates.
• [ ] Write the deathsquad outfits
• [ ] Make funny adminbus variations
• [ ] Find a way to link what mech spawns on the subshuttle (and what's in the lockers) to the ert spawner
• [ ] Write disintegrate implant

Why It's Good For The Game

It decringes the deathsquad and makes them more useable.
