Re-fluffs a good chunk of player-side AI content + adds AI exosuit control beacons to cargo.
About The Pull Request
It's same as title. Replaces the generic "AI" with "Remote Positronic Connection Point (frame/unit)" [R.P.C.P.] Reflavours the intelligence cards as well, just their descriptions. Changes "Cyborg" to "Specialist Chassis" Lowers the prices for black-market AI gear as well, because it was suggested to me. I'm pretty sure I didn't forget anything else

AI law 2 x7 Gives some baseline fluff (loremaints you can come beat me over the head for this and put your statements on this PR) Gives a bit more AI content

Hello, IPC Lorehead here. So nothing here really goes against the IPC lore I've written up that hasn't been put anywhere because I'm too incompetent at my own job to get that done. The only things I'd like to ask is changing the name of the AI core to the "Positronic Computing Core" or "PCC". I approve of the "specialist chassis" change. While it might be a bit out of scope, if you could make cores not lawed by default, and remove all ways to get lawing boards, that would make this perfect.
