[BUG] Gettho surgery closing wound with welder don't work with the pacifist trait

Reproduction:

Try to close open body with a lit welder while with pacifist trait (obtainable pre round with trait).

Doesn't look like you can cancel surgeries mid-way with a welder, only a cautery. It should work just fine for completing a surgery though.
