DocKing v2.0

Hi guys,

It's been a while since the last stable version of DocKing 😄 , in the next few months, I'll upgrade DocKing to v2, notable changes:

• PHP 8.3
• Laravel 11
• Bump dependencies (including the beloved Gotenberg)
• Get rid of the current dashboard, moving forward to FilamentPHP
• More template options (header, footer, fonts, etc)
• Improve the compatibility with: Docker, Laravel Vapor, and custom deployment to VPS (vultr, hetzner, DO, etc)

I'll start the v2.0.0 branch soon! Thank you for your support and stay tuned!
