No support for "Mysteries of the Sith" add-on?

I was trying to get OpenJKDF2 to build the Linux64 runner for Mysteries of the Sith but it keeps throwing this error:

When I had this on CD-ROM back when it first came out, Mysteries of the Sith was treated like an add-on, and you couldn't play MotS if you didn't first have the original Dark Forces 2 installed. But in the GOG releases, it's now stand-alone?
