Certain elevator call panels do not animate

I am like 40% sure this is an LEC bug. It seems very familiar but unsure.

An example of this is the lower elevator in the first chamber between the two bays. The elevator call button remains green when calling it.

You might have to clarify which level that's on so I can take a look at it, but it wouldn't surprise me if there was a few straggling COG bugs

This one right here, sorry. There are probably others. All of them I remember being in MOTS. I plan on doing a full run later on in a few months and will probably find more then, or this could be the only one. I don't recall really.

Tested without OpenJKDF2 and it fails there as well, so LEC bug.

Just checked this one, this particular issue is just LEC sloppiness: the surface for the switch is actually set to the bit of wall right next to the switch instead of the switch itself (the blank space represents the selected surface):

Can be fixed by modifying the JKL file, if need be
