Suggestions for admin and simple user

Hello,

When an admin add an option in Custom Youtube-dl Settings (like "output = %(uploader)s_%(playlist)s_%(title)s_%(upload_date)s.%(ext)s" ) could be possible to add at side :

• a checkbox "Autorise this option for simple-user" (simple user can check/uncheck only, not modify)
• a checkbox "Force option for everyone" (simple user can see only like a label)
