Add support for Nextcloud 28

@TristanCottam have you tried to change < nextcloud min-version="20" max-version="27"/> to 28 in "/appinfo/info.xml" ?

changing xml is also works for me!

I confirm, I updated to 28.0.1 and modified the "/appinfo/info.xml" file, it works

I tried modifying the xml to say version 28 compatible, but it still doesn't work with This app cannot be installed because the following dependencies are not fulfilled:

PHP with a version lower than 8.2 is required.
