G-SON or GO-SON?

A good question. I've heard a lot pronunciation of 'GSON'. G-SON, Gu-SON, Go-SON, Ge-SON, Guo-SON...... GSON means Google JSON library, so someone read it as Gu-SON. But the pronunciation of JSON is J-SON not Ja-SON, so I think G-SON must be true.😄

JSON is "J-son", so Gson can be "G-son". But it is not easy to distinguish between two pronunciations. Too many chinese don't know the difference between "J" and "G"。 Or "G-S-O-N" won't be wrong at anytime.

If Gson means "Google's JSON Java library", it may be "Goo-son", but it is far away from the name.

Is there anyone tried to ask maintainers of Gson?

"Goo-son" is easier to distinguish from JSON. Maybe it's far away from the name, but not far from its meaning.
