OpenCVSharp dlls (assembly) versions are incorrect

In Windows the dll versions is incorrect. This cause, that the Windows installer doesn't upgrade the file if you have make an installer.

In the last version (4.10.0.20240616) it is the same.

This problem occured any of the OpenCVSharp files.

  • OpenCvSharp.dll
  • OpenCvSharp.Extensions.dll
  • OpenCvSharpExtern.dll
  • etc.
