Consider adding a verbose flag

Which would print all kinds of debug information. Would be useful for debugging problems reported by users.

It should:

  • cause scoop-search to print the things that are currently done
  • cause scoop-search to print information such as installed buckets, values of env vars (SCOOP, XDG_CONFIG_HOME, USERPROFILE), content of config file
