Replace colour with color

The interface in Graphics>PrimeHack GFX is inconsistent with the use of "color" and "colour": I replaced the latter with the former for consistency (and because Dolphin uses "color" in the rest of the interface). Also replaced it in the code because Dolphin uses "color" in the code too.
