I think you have a feature for appointments, I assume this is going to send reminders to the patient about upcoming appointments
Yes, appointment reminders are working out of the box as long as the patient has an email address or SMS phone number associated with their chart. Messages (generic without PHI) are sent out at the initial time the appointment is set and when they are changed and then a reminder is sent 2 days prior.
