Separate section for lab and X-rays
I think they should be separate sections for labs and x-rays. I don’t know if you’re going to be able to put these into the appropriate fields, test name, test results, flags, LOINC etc.
Obviously the test results should be sortable, and patient should be able to select to view a single test in graph format
This one is a work in progress. Right now in the Results section on the left hand side, you can enter a test result (lab or X-ray) manually. I do plan on adding a LOINC field. Updating FHIR standards and adoption by labs/radiology vendors will certainly help with standardization and automatic field designations but we're a long ways away from that. As most current users of NOSH are getting most of these results by fax or PDF documents (like Quest & LabCorp), most are just uploading these documents into the Documents section and they are separated out into different categories (like Lab and Imaging).
If you add several test results in the demo, clicking on each entry, you should be able to see all historical results of the same test item and then the ability to graph it based on date so that functionality is already present. Patients have access to the same results as the physicians do in NOSH when they log in.
