Update to support Jekyll 3.0

Some updates to get rid of deprecation warning on the new Jekyll 3.0 version. Related issue https://github.com/shigeya/jekyll-category-archive-plugin/issues/15

Thank you very much for the contribution. Unfortunately, Part of my code is not 3.0 compatible and can't test, also its break with 2.x. It looks like the fix is simple, but I can't merge at this moment. If you can make the code also compatible with 2.x, I can merge quickly.
