Suggested callout for event listeners not being supported

This adds copy to the readme indicating event listeners are not currently supported - based on discussion here.

@jesseschutt ,

I appreciate the PR for this! I had been working on getting the package updated to support Laravel 9.x and 10.x. I released a new version today that adds support for those versions, and drops support for 4.1 - 8.x (still available in 2.1.0).

I was hoping to merge your PR, but you had pretty much just closed it when I went to go look for it. I did add a little mention about the event listeners not being supported to the readme, however.
