Linux desktop github app not working correctly

Which distribution of Linux are you using? 20.04

Installer

Which version of the app? Version 3.4.12-linux1 (x64) Which installer type? not sure

What happened?

Provide as much detail as possible. Error messages or output are extremely useful. App logs in but does not see any of the repositories that i have access to, i can not fetch anything
