Trademark question

Flathub is in the process of auditing apps for trademarked names/logos, and the Flatpak of this fork came up: https://github.com/flathub/io.github.shiftey.Desktop/issues/241

I wanted to check whether there's permission from GitHub to use the name/logo in this fork—if so, that can be documented and we could continue to ship the fork on Flathub, otherwise I believe we'll need to change the name and icon on Flathub.

I know this is a weird case since this "fork" is really just packaging work to get the upstream project working well on Linux, but I'm not in charge on the Flathub side. 😛
