Add Nixified (Nix) paths

The feature request

from this Issue https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/334253 we found that github-desktop cannot work with Nix and NixOS as there is only hard paths.

Proposed solution

either change from hard-codded paths to universal, or add Nix paths.
