Error when cloning an organization repository
The problem
Start cloning a repository belonging to an organization. even if you enter an account login and token, it gives an error.

Github Desktop version: .deb 3.4.2-linux1 (x64) OS: Kubuntu 24.04

App Version: Version 3.3.12-linux2 (x64) OS: Ubuntu 24.04
I ran into this same issue. To work around the issue, you will need to create a ssh authentication token and add it to your GitHub profile. You will be able to clone a repo via ssh; even the private ones.
