Cannot Pull , Push , Fetch Organization Rep

The problem

I downloaded Github desktop 3.4.2 lately and installed it using both the cli and installation procedure after obtaining the deb file. I am using Kali Linux 2024.2. The issue is that while I can pull, push, and fetch the organization's rep using the cli, the desktop app errors out and says "the rep is no available" when I attempt to clone the rep.

1. Try cloning any repository from organization.

Same here using Arch linux and github desktop Version 3.4.2-linux1 (x64). and "The GitHub Desktop Development App" is enabled by the organization, I can see the green arrow for all the orgs
