I'd say move this to v1.1 and focus on the category tags for 1.0 as I can see myself using that much more.
Perhaps it's time to implement a demo renderer to demonstrate what the end user sees (and benefits from) when consuming SRN notes.
And this would likely help shake out the value in priority/severity labels
