Problem with .rs TLD (Serbia) because time format.

I have .rs domains because I'm from Serbia 🇷🇸

When I run exporter I get error:

domain-exporter  | 2023/02/14 11:33:00 Unable to parse date: 21.12.2023 21:21:49, for foo.rs
domain-exporter  | 2023/02/14 11:33:00 Unable to parse date: 29.12.2023 13:22:18, for bar.in.rs

As I can see this time and date format isn't supported.
