unable to run "open /dev/kvm: No such file or directory"

I use ubuntu 18.04 in Vmware WorkStation 12. I get "open /dev/kvm: No such file or directory" error when execute "./kvm.elf kernel.bin memo-static.elf"

Is it can't be run in vmware, or there are some solutions.
