Add files via upload

Grab Russian files from the tarball at https://sourceforge.net/p/freedos/bugs/298/ and add them where there's currently no Russian translation -- except for FDIMPLES. I also created UTF-8 versions from IBM CP 866 with iconv, just in case. Note that I removed a comment line and line 2.4 in sort.ru after a diff with the English and French versions, and that the final "# Y/N/All/None; Simple messages" in move.ru aren't translated. I didn't touch the freecom because of https://github.com/FDOS/freecom/pull/19 which seems to already include fixes from this translation. Thanks due to Willi for catching the bug report on SourceForge.
