Integration of programs using SvarLANG to FD-NLS

Hey Jerome,

As you certainly know, FDISK has been translated to several languages using the SvarLANG library by @mateuszviste which is also the case for the SVED text editor and possibly for other programs in the future. I think it would be nice to integrate these to FD-NLS so more translations can be added more easily.

I don't know if it's easily feasible but IMHO it's worth discussing, hence this report.
