Timezone issue

Be careful to use the correct timezone, e.g., run via docker run -e TZ="Europe/Stockholm" -v $PWD/messprotokolle:/export/ shiaky/breitbandmessung:latest

Timezone works here fine. Testet on Synology Diskstation.
