Add Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) topic

I would like to add the HCI to the project. HCI is a discipline in Computer Science concerned with the design, evaluation, and implementation of interactive computing systems for human use. HCI entails 3 entities: user, computer, and interaction. This topic is important because, in this age and time, there are a lot of interactive systems ranging from our mobile phones to smart homes.

Can you assign this task to me, please? I would like to work on it and enrich this repository.
