relax ShEx-next EXTENDS single shape requirement

The on-deck spec requires that any extended shape expression be a Shape or a ShapeAnd with a total of one Shape. This can probably be relaxed once we have use cases to examine. This issue is for aggregating these use cases. Please include sample (probably invalid) ShExC and the desired behavior.
